Terms of Service for Health and Prescription Services (HAPS) Online Store

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the nonprofit online store ("Store") operated by HAPS, a registered nonprofit organization ("we," "us," or "our"). The arbitration shall take place in city located closest to HAPS. Each party shall bear its own costs associated with the arbitration.
